AEW Signs Darby Allin

Already making his presence felt...

A week after wrestling his final matches for the World Wrestling Network (including a loss to Anthony Henry in his EVOLVE swan song last Thursday in New York City), Darby Allin has signed with All Elite Wrestling.

Allin's arrival was depicted at the end of this week's Road to Double or Nothing video.

Nothing has been announced regarding Double or Nothing as of yet for Allin, but he is scheduled to face Cody Rhodes at AEW's Fyter Fest on Saturday, June 29 in Daytona Beach, FL.

At one time a professional skateboarder, Allin became a wrestler in 2015. With only one year experience, Allin joined EVOLVE in April 2016, losing to Ethan Page in his first match with the promotion. Since then, the macabre, death-defying Allin regularly worked for EVOLVE, and boosted his profile working in other places like Major League Wrestling, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, and Game Changer Wrestling, among other notable promotions.

Also announced so far for Fyter Fest is a six-man tag pitting Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks against PAC, Pentagon Jr, and Rey Fenix.
