Backstage Notes On Street Profits WWE Raw Appearances

NXT Tag Team Champions want the smoke!

The Street Profits have appeared on the last two weeks of WWE Raw as the Paul Heyman era has begun on Monday Nights.

While the current NXT Tag Team Champions haven't wrestled a match on the main roster, they have appeared in plentiful backstage promos, showing all of the charisma and energy that has brought them to the proverbial dance over the last couple of years.

This week's Raw saw Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins take up the role of narrators throughout the show. They would sum up what we'd seen and then link it to Sunday's Extreme Rules pay-per-view.

It's going to be interesting to see where these appearances go for Street Profits, but per a report from PWInsider, it's clear that WWE are testing the pair by having their promos aired live, rather than having the luxury of a pre-record.

For the avoidance of any doubt, here's what PWInsider have found out: "While many of the backstage segments on Raw are pre-taped, all of the Street Profit segments were live as they aired this past Monday in order to keep their energy as vibrant as possible."
