Buddy Matthews Dealing With An Injury

Buddy Matthews rehabbing an injury

Another talent in All Elite Wrestling is dealing with an injury.

Taking to Instagram, Buddy Matthews posted a video of him working out in the gym and wrote: "Always a work in progress. Dealing with a shoulder injury which limits a lot of my shoulder movements. But slowly increasing the weight again. He better than you were yesterday!"

Matthews has not been in action on AEW TV since he lost an All-Atlantic Title Qualifier to PAC on the June 8 episode of Dynamite. Prior to that, The Best Kept Secret last competed at the Double Or Nothing pay-per-view on May 29 when he, Malakai Black, and Brody King defeated Death Triangle's PAC, Rey Fenix, and Penta Oscuro in trios action.

Matthews is just the latest AEW wrestler trying to heal from an injury and top stars in CM Punk, Kenny Omega, and Bryan Danielson are currently on the shelf, while the likes of Scorpio Sky, Darius Martin, and "Big Shotty" Lee Johnson are currently out of action too.
