Changes Made To Roman Reigns Attacker Storyline By WWE Ahead Of SummerSlam 2019 Revealed

SummerSlam match called off?!

We still don't know for sure who has tried to kill Roman Reigns over the last couple of weeks.

This week's SmackDown Live ended with Buddy Murphy essentially being bullied into accusing Rowan of the dastardly acts after initially claiming he didn't see anything.

The show ended with Rowan looking proud as punch in the middle of the ring, while Daniel Bryan next to him looked all kinds of confused.

Whatever's going to happen, plans to seemingly end the angle tomorrow at SummerSlam have been scrapped as it looks like Vince McMahon et al are now going to play the long game with this one.

Here's what a report in this week's Wrestling Observer Newsletter is saying: "What is official is Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan was removed from the show as a match because with delays and such in changing the shows, they didn’t get where they wanted to be yet. One would think Reigns in some form would be on the show in some sort of continuation of the angle, if not the payoff and reveal."
