Daniel Bryan Reveals Who He Still Wants To Face In WWE

He named a surprising "dream match"

During his long WWE career, Daniel Bryan has had historic rivalries and faced the company's top stars like Seth Rollins, Triple H, John Cena, and his opponent on Sunday Roman Reigns.

There are still some Superstars on Bryan's bucket list while he winds down his career as a full-time performer, though, and the former WWE Champion told Bleacher Report he's always wanted to face Gran Metalik.

"There are people whom I think are fantastic and want to wrestle, and it's hard to not mention the other people. There's this dream match that I've always had and people will look at me and say, 'What?' But that's only because they haven't seen him wrestle in Mexico, and that's Gran Metalik. That guy's awesome," Bryan stated.

Beyond Gran Metalik, The American Dragon named Ricochet, Keith Lee and Riddle as Superstars he would love to wrestle.

"In the Rumble, I was so stoked to get into it with Matt Riddle and to get into it with Ricochet. I was a little bummed Keith Lee wasn't in the match because I'd love to get into it with Keith Lee and that sort of thing. What you don't know is who's going to break through. I thought for a second last year that Angel Garza was going to break through. It felt like he had a lot of momentum and all that kind of stuff, and sometimes things just don't work out. But I think it will be interesting to see once we start getting live crowds who's really breaking through with the fans," he added.
