FTR Vs. Santana & Ortiz Rematch Set For AEW Dynamite

FTR vs. Santana & Ortiz II

The rematch between FTR and Santana & Ortiz has been set for the September 1 edition of AEW Dynamite in Chicago, Illinois.

The two tag teams previously faced off on July 28, but the match was cut short after Cash Wheeler suffered a gruesome arm injury. Wheeler suffered a deep gash in his arm after getting it caught in the turnbuckle and Dax Harwood and Proud and Powerful went to the finish as Cash received medical attention.

Wheeler has since revealed he suffered nerve damage in his arm and Dax Harwood has teased the tag team will come to an end on September 1, tweeting: "One more ride."

Next week's show will be the final Dynamite before the All Out pay-per-view on September 5. Other matches set for the event are Brian Cage vs. Powerhouse Hobbs and Orange Cassidy vs. Jack Evans.

Jim Ross will also interview Chris Jericho, while Tony Schiavone will sit down with MJF before their latest match at All Out. The pay-per-view match could be Jericho's final bout in AEW as he will put his career on the line.
