Jim Ross To WWE Talent: "Don't Be A Baby" About Vince McMahon's Return

Jim Ross on Vince McMahon's return

Former WWE Head of Talent Relations Jim Ross has given his thoughts on Vince McMahon's return to the company, telling talent to "just do your job" and "don't be a baby."

"I'm sure that the guys that work there are wondering what the hell's going on. My advice to them is just do your job. Come to work on time, don't be a problem child, don't be a baby. Be willing to go along with things to see how it's gonna work out," Ross said on his Grilling JR podcast.

There is currently a lot of uncertainty within WWE following the return of Vince McMahon. The 77-year-old elected himself, Michelle Wilson, and George Barrios to the Board on January 5 and McMahon has since been elected by the Board of Directors as Executive Chairman. He will pursue a sale of WWE and hold final approval over any agreement after he changed the organisation's bylaws.

There is fear within WWE that Vince McMahon will look to regain control of WWE creative but as of the time of writing, Paul "Triple H" Levesque remains Chief Content Officer.
