Kurt Angle's Farewell Tour Opponents On This Week's WWE Raw & SmackDown Live Revealed

Former IMPACT Wrestling stars at the double!

Kurt Angle is building up to his retirement match at WWE WrestleMania 35 against Baron Corbin by going on a farewell tour of sorts. In recent times, we've seen the WWE Hall of Famer wrestle the likes of Apollo and Chad Gable, with his next two matches already announced for this week's Raw and SmackDown Live respectively.

Tonight on WWE Raw, it has been revealed that Kurt will be facing current United States Champion and SmackDown Live Superstar, Samoa Joe. While on tomorrow's SmackDown, Angle will go toe-to-toe with former WWE Champion, AJ Styles.

Of course, the nod trio's respective stints in TNA/IMPACT Wrestling is clear for all to see. Angle and Joe, and Angle and Styles took part in some of the company's best matches together while the Olympic gold medalist wrestled there between 2006-2016.

Talk remains within the WWE Universe that Angle's retirement match inside MetLife Stadium in 13 days could be changed due to a pretty bad reaction from fans the world over.

Rumours persist that John Cena will actually be the man to face Angle on the Grandest Stage of Them All.
