Mandy Rose Hasn't Ruled Out Pro Wrestling Return Following WWE Release

Mandy's boots are not hung up even if wrestling is not her primary focus right now

It has been almost two months since former NXT Women's Champion Mandy Rose was released by WWE.

Speaking with Rene Paquette on a recent episode of The Sessions, Rose did not rule out a return to the ring, but noted that it is not her primary focus at the moment.

"I haven't ruled it out for sure (coming back to wrestling). It's not like the boots are hung up and stuff. It's not like that but right now, it's not my main focus but just right now, it's not my main focus but definitely for the future maybe. We'll see," she said.

It was previously reported that WWE felt as though they had 'no choice' but to fire Rose, due to what the company considered 'explicit content' she was posting on her FanTime page. Rose subsequently questioned why she couldn't wrestle and have a FanTime page.

Incidentally, Mandy earned $1 million from the page following her release.

Shawn Michaels - who works as WWE's current Senior Vice President of Talent Development Creative - recently praised the former Toxic Attraction leader for being a 'phenomenal champion' and admitted that her release was 'not the ideal situation'.
