Match Announced For AEW Revolution 2023 Zero-Hour Pre-Show

AEW Has Announced A Trios Match For Revolution 2023 Zero-Hour

On the March 3 episode of AEW Rampage, the card for AEW Revolution 2023 looked to be fully completed. A match for the pre-show, AEW Revolution Zero-Hour, was set up and announced too.

After issues with the Varsity Athletes (Tony Nese & Josh Woods) have been cropping up for several weeks, including a match with Josh Woods and a ringside brawl during the Tag Team Casino Battle Royale also involving Ari Daivari on the most recent episode of Dynamite, Mark Briscoe enlisted the help of The Lucha Brothers. Briscoe cut a small yet very touching promo towards his late brother and fellow ROH World Tag Team Champion, Jay Briscoe, before introducing Rey Fenix and Penta El Zero M.

It isn’t yet clear if more matches will be added to Zero-Hour, as each AEW PPV has differed from show to show when it comes to how many matches are on the pre-show.

The completed AEW Revolution 2023 card for March 5 is as follows:

  • MJF (c) vs. Bryan Danielson - 60-Minute Iron Man Match for the AEW World Championship
  • The Gunns (c) vs. The Acclaimed vs. Jeff Jarrett & Jay Lethal vs. Orange Cassidy & Danhausen - AEW World Tag Team Championships
  • Jamie Hayter (c) vs. Ruby Soho vs. Saraya - AEW Women’s World Championship
  • Samoa Joe (c) vs. Wardlow - TNT Championship
  • The Elite (c) vs. House Of Black - AEW World Trios Championships
  • Jon Moxley vs. “Hangman” Adam Page - Texas Death Match
  • Chris Jericho vs. Ricky Starks
  • Christian Cage vs. “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry - Final Burial Match
  • Mark Briscoe & The Lucha Brothers vs. Ari Daivari & The Varsity Athletes - Zero-Hour
