Matt Riddle Doesn't Think WWE Will Bury Him On The Main Roster

The King Of Bros is looking forward to a "very bright" future...

On the May 29 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Kurt Angle announced Matt Riddle would be joining the blue brand and making his debut very soon.

The King Of Bros gained a multitude of fans during his time in NXT and on the independent scene, but many are worried Vince McMahon won't understand his character and subsequently bury him on the main roster.

Riddle was asked about these fears during a recent interview with Matty Paddock at the Daily Star.

"I think the transition is going fantastic and I'm going to make waves," the former NXT Tag Team Champion said. "I hear people say, 'Oh, he's just gonna get buried,' but I'll tell you this, nobody has been able to bury me yet, and that includes Dana White. So I doubt WWE is going to bury me.

"They've given me everything I could ask for, so right now if anyone is going to bury me it'll be me burying myself and that's not going to happen. I won't do that.

"So, I honestly love the transition. This is going to be amazing, and it's just going to be the beginning of a very bright future."
