MJF References WWE's Nick Khan & Bruce Prichard On September 29 AEW Dynamite

MJF has made a habit of referencing WWE in recent weeks

MJF continued his recent trend of referencing WWE officials and personnel during his promo on the September 29 episode of AEW Dynamite, this time name-dropping Bruce Prichard and offering a not-so-subtle point towards Nick Khan.

The Salt Of The Earth referenced WWE Chairman Vince McMahon by his initials 'VKM' during a promo which aired on the September 27 AEW Dark: Elevation, and MJF has once again brought WWE individuals into his segment, this time on AEW Dynamite.

Cutting a promo during this week's show, MJF threatened to quit All Elite Wrestling if he wasn't given the opportunities he feels he deserves, before referencing WWE President Nick Khan and naming Prichard, who currently serves as WWE's Executive Director of Raw and SmackDown.

He said: "I am the past, present and future of AEW, and that’s why I deserve to be the AEW World Champion. Tony Khan, we’re friends and I love you buddy. In fact, out of all the Khans in pro wrestling, you’re easily in my top two.

"However, if you don’t start giving me opportunities I deserve, I have other friends from back in the day. I have an old friend from my MLW days, and his name is Bruce Prichard. And I got Brucie on speed dial."

Darby Allin would come out and interrupt MJF, teasing a match between the two down the line.
