Some surprise results

New Japan Pro-Wrestling's Best Of The Super Juniors 28 got underway on Saturday, November 13 at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan. 

The first round of matches featured plenty of surprise results as SHO defeated IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion El Desperado following a 25-minute main event, while Ryusuke Taguchi picked up a win over Robbie Eagles. 

The full results from day one of BOSJ 28 were as follows:

  • Yoshinobu Kanemaru def. Taiji Ishimori
