Pitch Black Match Set For WWE Royal Rumble
Bray Wyatt vs. LA Knight in a Pitch Black Match at WWE Royal Rumble
The third match official for the 2023 Royal Rumble pay-per-view is sponsored by a soft drink.
WWE have announced that Bray Wyatt and LA Knight will clash at the Royal Rumble in a Mountain Dew Pitch Black Match. Wyatt vs. LA Knight was made official on SmackDown after The Eater of Worlds made his way to the ring to apologise for attacking the cameraman last week.
Knight interrupted and challenged Wyatt to a match at the Royal Rumble which the two-time Universal Champion accepted before he promised to show the former Max Dupri how dangerous he could be. This prompted Uncle Howdy to make his way to the ring and he took out Wyatt with Sister Abigail as a confused Knight looked on.
Wyatt and LA Knight have been feuding since Bray returned at Extreme Rules in October.
Already announced for the Royal Rumble are the men's and women's Royal Rumble matches. The show will take place on Saturday, January 28 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
