Report: Angelo Dawkins Impressing WWE Management

The future could be bright for Angelo Dawkins.

According to Fightful Select, The Street Profits member has impressed WWE officials and a source within the company "heavily credited Angelo Dawkins with improvements all around, from his physique, to his in-ring ability, to the style that he's worked." Dawkins has wrestled several singles matches on TV since June against the likes of Solo Sikoa, Omos, Seth Rollins, and Jimmy Uso which was said not to be an accident, with WWE higher-ups speaking highly of the 32-year-old. 

The number of singles matches for Dawkins also isn't set to slow down with Fightful noting it is expected that Angelo will be booked in more one-on-one bouts moving forward. 

An AEW talent has also praised Dawkins, noting he could be the breakout star from The Street Profits if he had more singles matches. Montez Ford had long been regarded as the potential breakout star of the tag team. 

During their time as The Street Profits, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins have held the NXT, Raw, and SmackDown Tag Team titles.
