Report: How AEW Talent View The Young Bucks Revealed

What does the AEW locker room think of The Young Bucks?

In the latest update on The Young Bucks, how they are viewed by the AEW locker room has been revealed.

Speaking on a PWTorch audio show, Wade Keller revealed The Bucks are perceived as passive-aggressive but they are not viewed as a**holes within the promotion. Furthermore, many do not feel CM Punk publicly calling out the AEW EVPs during his post-All Out media scrum was deserved.

"The Bucks are not seen as abrasive personalities. Passive-aggressive, yes there's some aspects of that...They're not seen as a**holes. People who don't like Punk have more negative things to say than people who don't like the Bucks have to say about them in terms of their characterisation. The Bucks might rub people the wrong way or not be their type of people or whatever but they're not jerks and that's kind of part of the dynamic here. I think some people looked at Punk here and said, 'You might not like that they are not taking your advice [or] you might think oh, that comment didn't need to be made'...it's hard for people to imagine Matt and Nick deserving that kind of call out publicly in a context that should have been about celebrating a world title win and a really good pay-per-view," Keller said.

Then-AEW World Champion CM Punk took shots at the AEW EVPs of Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks, as well as Colt Cabana and Hangman Page during his post-All Out media scrum. The Elite confronted Punk in his locker room afterwards and a fight broke out during which Ace Steel threw a chair at Nick Jackson and bit Kenny Omega.

Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks, CM Punk, and Ace Steel remain suspended in All Elite Wrestling while a third party investigates what happened. The AEW World and World Trios titles were also vacated. Death Triangle have since won the trios belts, while Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson will clash at Dynamite Grand Slam on September 21 to crown a new AEW World Champion.
