Report: Judgment Day WWE Name Change Likely, Leading Candidate Is 'Street Trash'

Judgment Day possibly undergoing WWE name change to 'Street Trash'

A major change to WWE's Judgment Day faction could be on the horizon.

According to WrestleVotes, WWE are looking to rebrand Judgment Day and a name change is likely. The leading candidate for the new name at the moment is for the group to be called 'Street Trash.'

"Plans are in motion to rebrand the 'new' Judgment Day. Sources say the group's essence will stay the same, but a name change is likely. The leading candidate is an out-of-the-box, yet bold idea: 'Street Trash,'" WrestleVotes tweeted.

Following the events of SummerSlam, Judgment Day now consists of Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, Dominik Mysterio, Liv Morgan, and Carlito. Rhea Ripley was first removed from the faction after Dominik Mysterio turned on her in the opening contest of SummerSlam, costing Ripley the Women's World Title and leaving her for Liv Morgan. Finn Balor later cost Damian Priest the World Heavyweight Championship, helping Gunther win the belt in the process.

The new Judgment Day look set to feud with their former faction mates for some time and their first pay-per-view encounter is reportedly planned to be a mixed tag team match at Bash in Berlin
