Report: Next Guest On Steve Austin's Broken Skull Sessions Revealed

The next interview is reportedly in the can

It appears The Godfather will be 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin's next guest on Broken Skull Sessions on the WWE Network.

PWInsider is reporting that The Godfather - real name Charles Wright - recently filmed an episode of the interview-style show with Austin.

Wright joined the WWE in 1991 for his first stint, being repackaged as Papa Shango, before departing in 1993. He would return to the promotion in 1995, initially under the name 'Karma', and came back as part of The Nation Of Domination in 1997.

It was in 1998 that Wright would eventually become The Godfather, his most successful character in WWE, winning the Intercontinental Championship. He would leave WWE in 2002 and return for sporadic appearances, before being inducted into the Hall Of Fame in 2016.

Austin, on his Broken Skull Sessions show, has recently interviewed current WWE superstars such as Randy Orton, Sasha Banks, Drew McIntyre and Bayley, while also speaking to a host of legends in the past including the Undertaker, Ric Flair, Kurt Angle and Goldberg.

His last episode was perhaps his most surprising, as AEW's Chris Jericho appeared on the show on the week of WrestleMania 37.
