Report: Skye Blue Under Contract With AEW

A young star is under contract with All Elite Wrestling, according to a new report. 

Skye Blue is one of AEW's top prospects in the women's division and Fightful Select have stated that she is under an AEW deal. If she is signed to the promotion full-time or on a tiered deal is unknown, only that her independent wrestling bookings have to be approved by All Elite Wrestling. She has not received the 'All Elite' graphic either which has been common with AEW signings. 

Blue made her AEW debut back on an April 2021 episode of Dark: Elevation and her popularity in the promotion skyrocketed over All Out 2021 weekend which resulted in her being added to the Casino Battle Royale on the pay-per-view. She has continued to perform in the promotion since then, primarily on Dark and Dark: Elevation but she has competed twice on Rampage in recent months. 

Blue first lost a tag team match with Ashley D'Amboise against Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter on July 22 before Skye teamed with Dante Martin on the August 12 episode of Rampage as they unsuccessfully challenged Sammy Guevara and Tay Melo for the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Titles.
