Report: Top WWE Star Not Expected For Tonight's Raw

It's the Raw after WrestleMania

Big things are generally expected on the Raw taking place the night after a WrestleMania, but one major star is not expected to be a part of tonight's program.

According to a report from Fightful Select, now-former WWE champion Brock Lesnar is not expected to appear on tonight's program.

Lesnar lost the WWE title in a winner-take-all match last night to Universal champion Roman Reigns.

According to Fightful's report, internal plans had Lesnar traveling back home by Monday afternoon. The report does note, however, "... with anything, plans can change, but he wasn't originally factored into the plans for WWE Raw."

Contrary to his lighter schedules in years past, Lesnar has already wrestled six matches so far in 2022.

Before the loss last night to Reigns, Lesnar's 2022 output had included a five-way match at Day One in which he captured the WWE title, two matches at the Royal Rumble (his title loss to Bobby Lashley, and his subsequent Rumble match win), an Elimination Chamber match where he regained the WWE title, and a 90-second squash of Austin Theory at Madison Square Garden.
