Report: Update On Kiera Hogan's AEW Status

Hogan is free to work for other promotions

All Elite Wrestling Commentator Excalibur revealed earlier this week that Kiera Hogan had signed with the promotion. Hogan had been a regular performer on AEW programming since she made her debut on August 11, most prominently in a loss to Jade Cargill on the inaugural episode of AEW Rampage.

In an update, Mike Johnson of PWInsider noted that Hogan is not signed to an exclusive deal with AEW, meaning she is free to wrestle in other promotions should she like to.

AEW have a tiered contract system and other AEW talents like Daniel Garcia, Wheeler Yuta, Joey Janela, Lee Moriarty and Jon Moxley have been free to wrestle for other companies, including New Japan Pro-Wrestling and GCW.

Hogan recently became a free agent in July following the expiry of her IMPACT Wrestling contract. She spent four years with the promotion and became a two-time Knockouts Tag Team Champion in 2021 with Tasha Steelz as Fire 'N Flava.

Outside of her appearances for AEW, Hogan has also performed for the National Wrestling Alliance and on the independent wrestling scene in the past couple of months.
