Report: Update On Randy Orton's WWE Return

There Has Been An Update On Randy Orton's Reported WWE Return

Recent rumblings about the return of multi-time world champion Randy Orton has brought about some more reports and news regarding a potential comeback, as a report indicates that he could be back as soon as WrestleMania 39.

Following on from a PWInsider report that Randy Orton was apparently being brought in for WrestleMania weekend, GiveMeSport via WrestleVotes have given more on Orton’s status and mindset heading into next week;

“Randy’s name I’ve started to hear a little bit over the last couple of weeks. He’s getting close. He’d like to show up at WrestleMania. Missing WrestleMania 32 in Dallas through injury killed him. So I think if he’s going to return, let’s say the night after, he’d rather just show up in some form at the stadium”.

Ever since he made his WrestleMania debut all the way back in 2004, teaming up with Batista & Ric Flair to take on The Rock and Mick Foley, WrestleMania 32 in 2016 is the only time he has missed WWE’s biggest yearly showcase. In a career that has lasted for around two decades, this is quite a stunning feat. It also makes it apparent as to why Orton is so against missing a WrestleMania, considering he has been at 18 of the last 19 shows.
