Report: Update On Tyson Kidd's Potential WWE Return

Tyson Kidd might be back in WWE

Tyson Kidd (TJ Wilson) hasn't been backstage at a WWE show since well before the 2022 Royal Rumble pay-per-view but he may have returned to that role.

Fightful Select reported that Kidd was internally listed as a producer for a match on Monday's episode of Raw from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. There has been no confirmation on if Kidd was actually backstage for the event, however.

It initially appeared earlier this year that Wilson was done with WWE but that wasn't the case and the former WWE Tag Team Champion had been granted time off to deal with neck issues.

Kidd suffered a career-ending neck injury back in June 2015 which resulted in him having to have his C1 and C2 vertebrae fused. Kidd is still able to function but his neck is said to be "in terrible shape" and can flare up.

During Kidd's absence, Shawn Daivari, Pat Buck, and Molly Holly have worked closely with the women's division. Kidd has previously gained universal acclaim for his producing of women's segments.
