Rhea Ripley Returns On WWE Raw

In the case of Rhea Ripley, absence hasn't made the heart grow fonder. 

Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan ended up in a number of compromising positions on Monday Night Raw as Morgan continued her attempts to woo Dom. The pair ended up teaming together in the main event of Raw and they ultimately beat Dominik's father Rey Mysterio and Zelina Vega. 

Post-match, Mysterio unintentionally hugged Liv and he initially pulled away before Morgan dived on him and pulled him to the mat. This left the pair in another compromising position as Morgan was underneath Dominik with her legs either side of him. Dominik then put his head against Liv's and it appeared he was about to kiss her when Rhea Ripley's music filled the Canada Tire Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. 

Ripley charged to the ring, with Morgan fleeing through the crowd, abandoning Dominik in the process. A fearful-looking Mysterio then found himself face to face with Ripley and he tried to offer her a hug, which Ripley brushed off. The former Women's World Champion pushed Dominik out of the way after this and she headed to the back as Dominik desperately tried to plead his case, with Raw going off the air as they headed back through the curtain. 

Rhea Ripley was previously Women's World Champion but she was forced to vacate the title in April due to an injury sustained in a backstage attack from Liv Morgan. During her time away from TV, Ripley was married to Buddy Matthews in a ceremony held in Australia. 

Becky Lynch initially won the vacant Women's World Title but she dropped the belt to Liv Morgan at King and Queen of the Ring after Dominik Mysterio's interference backfired.
