Rob Van Dam and Katie Forbes Engaged
Forbes is set to become Mrs. Monday Night
ECW legend Rob Van Dam and girlfriend Katie Forbes announced their engagement today on social media. Forbes announced the engagement on Twitter proclaiming herself “MRS VAN DAM” although no date has yet been set for their wedding.
The pair have been dating since 2016, and appeared together in IMPACT Wrestling in sometimes controversial fashion between 2019 and 2020, in angle that positioned the couple in a relationship with another woman.
One extremely NSFW segment in particular featuring the three got IMPACT banned from Twitch for a spell for breaking rules concerning adult content, although the company has since resumed operations on the website.
Van Dam is best known for his runs in ECW from 1996-2001, and multiple runs in WWE. RVD also had several runs in TNA/IMPACT. Forbes has been wrestling since 2015, with appearances in ROH and OVW alongside her run in IMPACT.
