Taylor Wilde Explains Absence From Recent IMPACT Wrestling Tapings

Earlier this year, IMPACT ran a series of vignettes that heralded the return of Taylor Wilde, with the former Knockouts Champion re-emerging in April 2021 after a decade away from the company.

However, after Under Siege on May 15, Wilde has been conspicuously absent from IMPACT television, but has assured fans that she will be available for the next round of tapings telling The Wrestling Perspective Podcast:

“Yes, yes, I’m f****** back. I had a little bit of a life crisis, happens. I seem to be pretty competent in my career, as a mother, but other aspects of my life have not been so stellar so I’ve closed another chapter and it was a slight interruption in my wrestling comeback but, whatever. Taylor Wilde, I’m f****** wild so, I’m back.”

Before her absence, Wilde was involved in a storyline with Tenille Dashwood, with Tenille attempting to recruit Wilde for a Knockouts tag team run. Since then, Dashwood turned her attention to Rachel Ellering and Jordynne Grace, and it remains to be seen if Wilde will slot back into this storyline, or if her future in IMPACT lies elsewhere.
