Two More IMPACT Wrestling Stars Set To Leave Company

Following Abyss and Sonjay Dutt out the door are...

It looks like there's a bit of an overhaul of personnel happening at IMPACT Wrestling at the moment. Last week, it was revealed by Ed Nordholm, the President of IMPACT, that Abyss and Sonjay Dutt were leaving the company for backstage roles with WWE - Tommy Dreamer and Konnan will be taking their places on the company's 'core creative team'.

Now, it appears that Matt Sydal and Caleb Konley are heading for pastures new, with PWInsider reporting that Sydal's contract is up - while they also mention that Konley's contract expires next month and he's already been moved to the alumni section of the promotion's website.

Speaking of names that have been moved to the alumni section of the IMPACT website, PWInsider also note that Austin Aries, Diamante, Bhupinder Singh, Gursinder Singh, and Vikas Kumar's profiles have been moved there as well.

At the time of writing, there are no reports as to where Sydal and Konley could be headed. Recently, however, Dave Meltzer has reported that both AEW and WWE have enquired about Sydal's services.
