Update On AEW Plans For All In Casino Gauntlet

AEW have big plans in mind for the All In Casino Gauntlet

All Elite Wrestling have big plans for one of their signature matches at All In.

According to Fightful Select, AEW are planning to "load up" the Casino Gauntlet Match at All In and "interesting names" will be involved in the match to earn a shot at the AEW World Championship.

AEW established the Casino Gauntlet Match earlier this year, with Will Ospreay emerging victorious from both of the matches so far. The match starts with two competitors and more wrestlers enter the match until there is a winner by pinfall or submission. The participants in the Casino Gauntlet are kept a surprise.

One outside talent reportedly being discussed for a spot at All In is RevPro Undisputed British Heavyweight Champion Michael Oku, who unsuccessfully challenged MJF for the AEW American Title at RevPro Summer Sizzler on Sunday night. If Oku is under consideration for the Casino Gauntlet is unknown, however.

AEW All In will take place at London's Wembley Stadium on Sunday, August 25. The current card is as follows:

  • Swerve Strickland (c) vs. Bryan Danielson - AEW World Championship vs. Bryan Danielson's Career
  • MJF (c) vs. Will Ospreay - AEW American Championship
  • Toni Storm (c) vs. Mariah May - AEW Women's World Championship
  • Mercedes Moné (c) vs. Britt Baker - TBS Championship
  • Jack Perry (c) vs. Darby Allin - TNT Championship
  • Casino Gauntlet Match for an AEW World Title shot
  • The Patriarchy (c) vs. TBD - AEW World Trios Championships
  • Tomohiro Ishii & Willow Nightingale vs. Kris Statlander & Stokely Hathaway - Zero Hour
