WWE Elimination Chamber 2022 Results

All the results below!

WWE headed to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for the 2022 edition of Elimination Chamber for a show that had the potential for major WrestleMania implications.

The Saudi Arabian pay-per-view was ultimately a standard WWE affair until the main event, which ended with a new WWE Champion being crowned.

Check out the full results from Elimination Chamber below:

Rey Mysterio def. The Miz – Kickoff Show

Having traded wins with Dominik Mysterio and interfered in The Mysterios' match against Alpha Academy on Raw, The Miz went one-on-one with Rey Mysterio on the Elimination Chamber Kickoff Show.

Dominik interfered at points to help his father and Rey eventually connected with a 619 but Miz rolled out of the way before Mysterio could go for a Frog Splash. Miz then grabbed a steel chair on the outside before The A-Lister and Dominik grappled over the weapon, sending Miz crashing into the steel steps.

The official soon noticed Dominik's interference and sent him to the back. Miz then tried to take advantage of a distracted Rey with a Skull Crushing Finale but the WWE 2K22 cover star rolled through into a pin for a feel-good win to open the in-ring action in Saudi Arabia.

Following the match, The Miz attacked Rey but Dominik returned to the ring, and father and son took out The A-Lister with Frog Splashes.

Roman Reigns (c) def. Goldberg – Universal Championship

Two years after the match was originally set to take place, Roman Reigns and Goldberg faced off for the Universal Championship in the opening contest of the main Elimination Chamber card.

The match surprisingly started with a Collar-and-Elbow-Tie-Up but Goldberg soon hit his first Spear of the contest before he went for a Jackhammer. The Universal Champion countered with a Uranage, though, before Reigns followed up with a Superman Punch.

A Reigns' Spear looked to be on the cards but Goldberg fired back with a Spear of his own before he attempted to go for the Jackhammer again.

Like the first time, Reigns blocked it and applied the Guillotine. Goldberg then tried to escape but failed miserably and passed out, allowing Reigns to leave Saudi Arabia with the Universal Championship in his 20th title defence.

Bianca Belair def. Alexa Bliss, Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan, Doudrop & Nikki ASH – Elimination Chamber Match for a shot at the Raw Women's Championship at WrestleMania 38

Six women fought for the right to challenge for the Raw Women's Title at WrestleMania 38 in the first Elimination Chamber match of the evening.

The match opened with Nikki ASH and Liv Morgan and they were soon joined by Doudrop and Rhea Ripley. The appearance of Ripley then led to the first elimination as she pulled her former tag team partner Nikki ASH from the chamber and hit a Riptide to eliminate the 2021 Money In The Bank winner.

Alexa Bliss entered fifth and the next elimination followed after Liv Morgan caught Doudrop with a Sunset Flip Powerbomb for the 1-2-3.

Liv Morgan was eliminated next, though, following Twisted Bliss, and Ripley was gone moments later, courtesy of a KOD from Bianca Belair.

This brought the match down to Alexa Bliss and Belair and they both fought back and forth until The EST connected with a KOD for the victory to punch her ticket to WrestleMania.

Ronda Rousey & Naomi def. Charlotte Flair & Sonya Deville

In the next chapter of two programmes on the road to WrestleMania, Ronda Rousey and Naomi teamed together against SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair and WWE Official Sonya Deville.

As per the stipulation, Rousey had one hand tied behind her back but this didn't matter to The Baddest Woman On The Planet who, with her judo gear on, earned the win for her team after applying an Armbar to Sonya Deville.

Charlotte Flair could have broken the hold but she decided to just remain on the apron instead and watch Rousey lock in the hold for the win.

Next up, Rousey will take on Flair at WrestleMania 38. When Deville and Naomi will next clash in singles action remains to be seen.

Drew McIntyre def. Madcap Moss – Falls Count Anywhere

The long-running feud between Drew McIntyre and Madcap Moss and Happy Corbin continued at Elimination Chamber as The Scottish Warrior took on the former Riddick in a Falls Count Anywhere Match.

McIntyre suffered from a two-on-one beatdown from Moss and Corbin for much of the encounter, including being thrown through the barricade, but he looked to exact revenge a little too aggressively at one point as Moss landed right on the top of his head following a Reverse Alabama Slam, with it being a miracle that Madcap was able to carry on.

McIntyre then remained on top and he forced Corbin to run away after almost decapitating him with his claymore and Irn Dru followed up with a Futureshock DDT and Claymore with sword in hand to Moss for the win.

Becky Lynch (c) def. Lita – Raw Women's Championship

Competing in her first WWE singles match not against Heath Slater since 2006, Lita challenged Becky Lynch for the Raw Women's Title in the semi-main event.

Becky Lynch, who wrestles every week, dominated the opening minutes but Lita managed to fire back with a DDT and the match became a more even contest from there.

Lita twice looked to go for a Moonsault but Lynch avoided both and applied the Disarm-Her after she pulled Lita from the top rope. The WWE Hall Of Famer managed to briefly escape but Lynch hoisted her up for the Manhandle Slam.

Lita just got her foot to the bottom rope and Lynch went for a Moonsault of her own soon after but she crashed and burned and Lita followed up with a Twist Of Fate. A Litasault followed moments later and Lita scored the nearest of near falls.

She couldn't capitalise, though, and Lynch connected with another Manhandle Slam for the victory.

With the win, Lynch will advance to WrestleMania to face Bianca Belair.

The Usos (c) vs. The Viking Raiders - SmackDown Tag Team Championship - No Contest

While The Usos vs. The Viking Raiders was advertised for Elimination Chamber, Jimmy and Jay took out the challengers during the Vikings' entrance and the match was called off before it began after the SmackDown Tag Team Champions Suplexed Ivar onto Erik.

Brock Lesnar def. Austin Theory, AJ Styles, Riddle, Seth Rollins & Bobby Lashley (c) - Elimination Chamber Match for the WWE Championship

In the main event of Elimination Chamber, Bobby Lashley defended his WWE Championship against Brock Lesnar, AJ Styles, Riddle, Seth Rollins and Austin Theory.

The WWE Champion was taken out of the contest in the opening minutes, though, after Seth Rollins Powerbombed Austin Theory through Lashley's pod. WWE medical personnel and WWE official Adam Pearce immediately came down to the ring to assist Lashley and after The All Mighty was taken backstage, it was announced he had been placed in concussion protocol, ending his night early.

Unfortunately for the Elimination Chamber order, though, it landed on Lashley's pod but an annoyed Brock Lesnar wasn't willing to wait and he proceeded to kick his way out of his pod before he promptly eliminated Seth Rollins, Riddle and AJ Styles with F5s.

This brought the match down to Austin Theory and The Beast Incarnate and while Vince McMahon's protege managed to hit a little bit of offence, all this did was p*ss off Lesnar and the former UFC Heavyweight Champion F5'd Theory from the top of a pod to the chamber floor below.

The inevitable 1-2-3 then followed and Brock Lesnar ended Elimination Chamber as a 10-time world champion.

WWE had one final announcement before the night was over, though, and Michael Cole revealed on commentary that Lesnar's WrestleMania 38 clash with Roman Reigns would now be Title vs. Title.
