WWE Files To Trademark 'Doudrop'

Piper Niven's new name looks to be official

Piper Niven's new WWE name appears to be set.

Niven made her Raw debut on Monday, wrestling in Eva Marie's place against Naomi. The former NXT UK Superstar was not named by the broadcast team and she defeated Naomi in just over one minute with a Michinoku Driver.

Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp noted ahead of Raw that Niven was set to debut alongside Eva Marie and her new in-ring name would be either Dew Drop or Doudrop.

While the name was not mentioned on Monday, WWE did file to trademark the term that day and it appears Niven will indeed be known as Doudrop going forward.

The trademark was filed for the following purposes:

C 041. US 100 101 107.
