WWE Smackdown Superstar Injured
They could be out for 'a decent length of time'.
With the WWE Universe about to be shaken up with the biggest WWE Draft since its inaugural split in 2002, it's a bad time for a superstar to find themselves on the shelf. Sadly, according to reports, that's now the case with Ember Moon.
Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that The War Goddess suffered an injury that could see her out of action for a while.
Ember Moon began her WWE life in NXT. A series of vignettes hyped her debut at NXT TakeOvver: Brooklyn 2 on August 20th, 2017. She captured the NXT Women's Championship in a Fatal Four Way that November.
Moon got her main roster call up the night after WrestleMania 34 and has since been involved in the first ever Women's Money In The Bank Ladder Match, as well as the first all-women's pay per view.

'Moon will be out of action for a decent length of time with either an ankle or an Achilles injury. The latter is really nasty, as that can be close to a year. Ankle wouldn’t be nearly as bad.'
