Jon Moxley Is Looking Forward To NJPW Return In Japan

Jon Moxley is returning to Japan for the first time since 2020. Whilst he has competed stateside in NJPW, it has been three years since he last made the overseas trip, and he is very excited to do so. Moxley spoke to Sports Illustrated and detailed his excitement about competing in Japan once again. 

“I’m really stoked about going back to Japan. Now I don’t have to worry about going back and forth between New Japan and AEW. The working relationship is really good, and that makes it easy for me. I still work for New Japan Strong in the U.S., but it’s not the same as being over there in Japan. It’s been so long. I need it. There are still a lot of big matchups. I’m really excited about it.”

Moxley is set to compete at NJPW Dominion in what is expected to be a match for the NEVER Openweight Six-Man Tag Team Titles, though no match has officially been announced as of yet.
