NXT To Air On Tuesday One Additional Week

Hockey takes precedent...

NXT had already been moved up a day to Tuesday this coming week, on account of USA Network running NHL playoff coverage on Wednesday night. However, a check of the USA Network TV schedule has the following week's NXT broadcast also scheduled for a Tuesday, and also due to the playoffs.

Unless something changes in terms of scheduling or choice of network, NXT will also be airing a day early next week, on Tuesday, September 8.

In both instances, the SyFy channel (which is owned by NBC Universal, just like the USA Network) will air an encore presentation of these NXT episodes in its usual Wednesday night time slot, up against AEW Dynamite.

This Tuesday's edition of NXT will feature a four corners 60 minute Iron Man match to crown a new NXT champion, between Adam Cole, Tommaso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano, and Finn Balor. Also scheduled for the program is a six-man tag pitting Legado del Fantasma members Santos Escobar, Raul Mendoza and Joaquin Wilde against Isaiah Scott, Fandango, and Tyler Breeze.
