Report: Fans Removed From WWE NXT Tapings For Sharing Spoilers

Trying to stop spoilers from getting out

At least two fans were removed from the August 23 NXT TV tapings for sharing spoilers, according to new reports.

Wrestling Inc. noted a fan who wished to remain anonymous was asked to leave the Capitol Wrestling Center because WWE believed they were tweeting live spoilers. The fan mentioned they have regularly attended NXT shows in recent years and they were asked to leave the taping without being given a warning.

Cassidy Haynes of Bodyslam also noted on Twitter that his correspondent was removed from the August 23 taping for "potentially being a dirtsheet writer." Haynes noted a WWE producer had been watching the correspondent texting and the employee who asked them to leave "had a picture of me on her phone and everything."

The removal of at least two fans comes after NXT fan and Wrestling Observer correspondent JJ Williams was kicked out of NXT TV tapings in late July because of his association with the site. Security took a photo of Williams' ID and forced him to delete photos he took at the tapings before he was escorted from the property.
