Report: Mansoor WWE Raw Appearance Was Scrapped

The Saudi Arabian Superstar was nowhere to be seen following his debut

Mansoor was scheduled to appear on this week's edition of Monday Night Raw, but the segment was scrapped after creative for the show was changed, according to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.

There is no word on what Mansoor would have done on Raw, but he was involved in the United States Title picture on the May 3 show. He signed with the red brand during the episode and later went one on one with Sheamus, only for the match to end in a disqualification loss following interference from Humberto Carrillo.

With the loss, the Saudi Arabian Superstar's winning streak came to an end after 49 matches. Mansoor recently commented on the streak and admitted he didn't want it to end in an anticlimactic fashion.

"I was having those matches on 205 Live and felt I was getting momentum. Then someone pointed out [that] if I include the NXT live events in Florida before the pandemic I would be on a 25-match win streak. I had no idea. I didn't want to put too much attention to it because I didn't want to brag. I wanted to keep my head down, work, and be humble. Then it got to 45 and people started to report about it," Mansoor said.

"I was hoping it didn't end anticlimactically. The thing about the undefeated streak I learned was [that] momentum is key. Wins can really build and bring the best out of my opponents."
