Roman Reigns To Be Off WWE TV For 'Indefinite Period Of Time'

Roman Reigns to retain significant creative influence while off WWE TV

Roman Reigns won't be back on WWE TV any time soon.

According to WrestleVotes, Reigns will be off WWE programming for an "indefinite period of time." Reigns will continue to have significant input into creative for The Bloodline during his time away.

"I'm told that although Roman Reigns will be off TV for an indefinite period of time, he will still have substantial creative input in the evolving Bloodline storyline over the course of the next few months," WrestleVotes tweeted.

Reigns has not appeared on WWE TV since he dropped the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship to Cody Rhodes in the main event of WrestleMania 40 night two. The 38-year-old was spotted on the set of 'Good Fortune' this week, a comedy that stars Keanu Reeves, Aziz Ansari, Seth Rogen, and Keke Palmer about a guardian angel doing odd jobs for a rich man.

The Bloodline has changed dramatically since WrestleMania 40, with Solo Sikoa kicking Jimmy Uso out of the group and adding Tama Tonga. The Undisputed WWE Universal Championship has also changed as WWE have renamed it the Undisputed WWE Title.

There is no word on when Roman Reigns will return to WWE TV but he is not advertised for an episode of Friday Night SmackDown until early August.
