Ronda Rousey Says 'Anyone Is Better Than Vince McMahon' Regarding New WWE Leadership

Ronda Rousey feels WWE is better off out of Vince McMahon’s control

Ronda Rousey has never shied away from revealing her thoughts about her time in WWE, having blasted former owner Vince McMahon publicly since his exit from the company.

During a recent conversation with CBS Sports' Shakiel Mahjouri, the former WWE Women’s Champion was asked about the change in leadership within WWE after Vince McMahon's departure, with Rousey saying the following:

"I think anyone's better than Vince McMahon," Rousey said. “The only place you can go is up. I really enjoy Triple H and working with him, and honestly, I haven't been watching, but I saw something from Natty [Neidhart] saying that they had a card recently that had just as many women on it as the men.

"That's what I would really like to see. The women equally represented with not just matches on the card, but time on the show.”

Rousey continued, again praising WWE’s women’s division;

"I feel there's no place they could go but up and I'm really, really happy for all the women still there and thriving under the new regime," Rousey said.

Rousey previously called out both Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis, criticising the pair in her autobiography for the toxic culture they cultivated in WWE.
