Two Matches & Special Appearance Announced For Next Week's WWE Raw
Update on Edge to come...
Two matches and a special guest appearance have already been announced for next week's WWE Raw - the first red brand show following WWE Super ShowDown 2020.
AJ Styles will be facing Aleister Black in singles action, while Humberto Carillo and Rey Mysterio will be facing Angel Garza and Andrade in a tag team match.
On top of those stellar bouts, NXT commentator Beth Pheonix will be appearing to provide fans with a medical update on her husband, Edge. The Rated R Superstar still hasn't resurfaced since suffering a brutal attack by Randy Orton a month ago.
This week's Raw saw Orton once again tell us nothing as to why he attacked former partner Edge. The Viper then defeated Kevin Owens in the main event of the night thanks to some shady officiating by a disciple of Seth Rollins.
Garza and Carillo opened the show with a brilliant match that was eventually won by the man Zelina Vega has labelled the Lothario of Monday Night Raw - Angel. Next week's show will be the first time both Rey and Andrade have been seen for some time - the current United States Champion violated WWE's wellness policy last month, of course.
AJ and Aleister had their match set up after Ricochet defeated Luke Gallows. An angry O.C. passed Black in the corridor and beat him up. Despite the attack, Black was able to defeat Erick Rowan, challenging The Phenomenal One following the final bell.
