Alexa Bliss Pulled From WWE Money In The Bank Card

WWE are set to announce a replacement soon.

Alexa Bliss has been removed from the women's MITB ladder match on Sunday's WWE Money in the Bank card due to an injury.

WWE's official statement regarding the matter explains:

'Alexa Bliss is not medically cleared to compete at WWE Money in the Bank this Sunday, and has been removed from the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match. A suitable replacement for Alexa will be announced.'

The most likely candidate to replace Bliss is Nikki Cross, who filled in for Alexa in a fatal four-way match on this week's Raw, and appeared to strike up an alliance with her in the process.

The remaining competitors in this weekend's match are Bayley, Ember Moon, Mandy Rose, Naomi, Natalya, Carmella, and Dana Brooke.

The rest of the Money in the Bank card is as follows:

Men's MITB ladder match (featuring Finn Balor, Drew McIntyre, Andrade, Randy Orton, Ricochet, Baron Corbin, Ali, and Sami Zayn)
Seth Rollins (c) vs. AJ Styles
Kofi Kingston (c) vs. Kevin Owens
Becky Lynch (c) vs. Lacey Evans
Becky Lynch (c) vs. Charlotte Flair
The Miz vs. Shane McMahon (Steel Cage match)
Roman Reigns vs. Elias
Samoa Joe (c) vs. Rey Mysterio

The Usos will take on Daniel Bryan and Rowan on the kickoff show, and Tony Nese will defend his WWE Cruiserweight Championship against Ariya Daivari.
