Sometimes, the day after an episode of WWE Raw or SmackDown Live leaves you wondering why you love professional wrestling.

Tuesday and Wednesday certainly tested our resolve this week, didn’t it boys and girls?

Anyway, one of the best ways to reassure yourself of your life choices is to see the rich and the famous have something common with you.

Singer Cardi B has revealed that she was a fan of professional wrestling in her formative years after a fan questioned how she knew about Eddie Guerrero.

Cardi referenced Eddie in the song I Like It: “El Diablo me llama pero Jesucristo me abraza
Guerrero como Eddie, que viva la raza (yeh), Me gustan boricuas, me gustan cubanas (rrr)”

On top of that, Cardi revealed the six favourites she had in WWE while growing up: Booker T, Batista, Eddie, Triple H, Edge and Lita.

An honourable mention for The Undertaker and Kane was made later on.

Carmella, who lost to Sonya Deville on last night’s SmackDown Live, then replied to Cardi as she wore gear inspired by the singer for the match.
