Corey Graves Responds To Reports About Mauro Ranallo Missing WWE Survivor Series

The WWE commentator tweets

While NXT announcer Mauro Ranallo was scheduled to be part of Survivor Series, commentating on the NXT Championship match between Adam Cole and Pete Dunne, he was notably absent from the show.

While Michael Cole said it was because Ranallo couldn't talk following NXT TakeOver: WarGames, both Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez reported it was because of a tweet posted by Corey Graves.

The SmackDown commentator tweeted, “Just for the record guys. I know you wouldn’t know it, but there’s actually a WWE Hall of Famer AND a former Ring of Honor Champion on commentary. I’d imagine they have a lot to offer.”

Ranallo, who has been outspoken about his Bipolar disorder, deleted his Twitter account soon after.

Within the last seven hours, Graves has posted two tweets related to the incident. Firstly, he posted an image with a quote from Buddha. It read, "Three things cannot be long hidden: the Sun, the Moon, and the truth."

He followed up this afternoon, tweeting again, "It's far more conducive to the human condition to be mad than to be wrong."

Seemingly standing by his original comments.
