First Match Announced Locally For WWE Survivor Series 2019

The November classic is coming...

Lost in all the hoopla of the negative response to Hell in a Cell, and the ongoing set-up of Crown Jewel, is the fact that WWE has a Big Four pay-per-view coming up next month.

The 2019 Survivor Series takes place on Sunday, November 24, from The Allstate Arena in Chicago. Over the last three events under the Survivor Series banner, Raw and SmackDown have faced off in head-to-head competition, in both elimination bouts and champion-vs-champion matches.

The 2019 show looks to be headed down that same path, as The Allstate Arena (per a note from Mike Johnson of PWInsider) is advertising a match for the upcoming card.

The match is a five-on-five Survivor Series bout that pits Braun Strowman, The Miz, Ricochet, Drew McIntyre, and Rey Mysterio against Roman Reigns, Kevin Owens, Daniel Bryan, Aleister Black, and Finn Balor.

One assumes that the forthcoming weekend's Draft could cause changes to the match, especially if Balor is in any way full-time with NXT. That's assuming, of course, that the listed match is designed to be Raw vs. SmackDown.
