If nothing else, Matt Riddle will put his feelings out there for the world to see. A few months ago, Riddle gave a very frank opinion on the quality of storylines on WWE’s main programs. He’s also had no issues with calling out fellow mixed martial artist Brock Lesnar, seeking a fight with “The Beast Incarnate”
This week, “The King of Bros” made it known that Goldberg had blocked him on Twitter at some point, and wrote in regards to that, “I can’t wait to watch your match this Friday so I can see how good you are at wrestling.”
Riddle tweeted a couple of times during Goldberg’s Super ShowDown match with Undertaker, posting a graphic mocking Goldberg’s pre-match loss of blood, followed by a video scoffing at Goldberg’s kneebar application.
Following the match, in a video that has since been deleted from his Twitter (but saved for posterity), Riddle said, “Goldberg, Goldberg, you lived up to the hype yet again – you’re absolutely the worst wrestler in the business, bro. And that’s not an opinion, that’s a fact.”
Goldberg has since apologized for the quality of the match, and blames being knocked out legitimately for some of its clunkiness. Riddle has offered no comment since.
