Next WWE Saudi Arabia Show 'Crown Jewel 2019' To Take Place On Halloween

The scene of Shane McMahon becoming Best In The World last year...

Crown Jewel 2018 has gone down in the history books for all the wrong reasons.

This was the second event into the 10-year partnership between WWE and Saudi Arabia that saw Shane McMahon's reign of terror really kick into gear as he became The Best In The World by winning the WWE World Cup. While this was also the event that saw The Undertaker and Kane have that fateful encounter with Triple H and Shawn Michaels of D-Generation X.

PWInsider have had it confirmed to them that a second Crown Jewel will be taking place on Halloween from the King Saud University Stadium. This year, Halloween falls on a Thursday, so with SmackDown Live moving to Friday nights from October 4, it's safe to assume there's going to be a Raw-heavy crew travelling over to Saudi Arabia.

WWE embark on a tour of the United Kingdom that will see SmackDown and Raw (both taped with SD released later that same night and Raw the following Monday) take place on the same night on Friday, November 8.

This will be the second event held in the King Saud University Stadium after last year's Crown Jewel. The Greatest Royal Rumble was held in the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium, while Super ShowDown - featuring Undertaker vs. Goldberg - was held in the King Abdullah International Stadium.

At the time of writing, no matches have been confirmed for the show
