Report: NXT Talent Advised Not To Call Out WWE Raw & SmackDown Stars After Brock Lesnar & Matt Riddle Royal Rumble Altercation

Unless the main roster stars know about it beforehand...

Coming out of Sunday's Royal Rumble event, reports surfaced online suggesting an altercation took place between NXT's Matt Riddle and WWE Champion, Brock Lesnar.

Lesnar is said to have told Riddle to stop touting his name about on social media and that the pair would never work together.

After the reports of the altercation made their way online, Riddle tweeted: This is a pic from this years 2020 Royal Rumble, as you can tell by my face everything went according to plan #sarcasm #bro

Following the alleged altercation, and per a report from PWInsider, a media class was held at the WWE Performance Center where trainers specifically mentioned that NXT roster members shouldn't call out main roster stars.

For the avoidance of any doubt, here's what PWInsider's story said: "Earlier today, during a media class at the WWE Performance Center, there was a specific mention of not tweeting and calling out talents from Raw and Smackdown without their knowledge, which got a big laugh from the NXT talents in attendance."
