ROH Star Injured At "Honor Reigns Supreme"

Not looking good for Flip Gordon...

One of the up and coming stars in Ring Of Honor appeared to suffer an injury at last night's Honor Reigns Supreme event.

During his match with Tracy Williams, it looked like Flip Gordon injured a knee following an attempted running dropkick in the corner. As you can see in the video below, as soon as Flip gets back to his feet he's hobbling, and eventually takes a tumble to the canvas below.

Despite trying to soldier on and finish the match even though he was very obviously hurt Gordon was unable to complete the bout, with referee Todd Sinclair eventually throwing it out with Flip struggling in the ringside area. After Flip's opponent, Williams, was announced as the winner, the Being The Elite cast member was helped to the back.

This is a setback for Flip, who was gathering steam in the promotion after signing a two-year contract last July. Flip recently defeated Bully Ray in an 'I Quit' match at Final Battle in December, and had a ROH World Heavyweight Championship match against Jay Lethal at All In in September.

Everyone at Cultaholic wishes Flip a speedy recovery.
