Ruby Riott Returns On WWE Raw

She's back...

Liv Morgan, a former member of The Riott Squad, teased she would be returning to WWE as a more real version of herself after a spell on the sidelines. Morgan then returned to the company during the December 30 episode of Monday Night Raw as Lana's former lesbian lover.

Since then, Morgan has been engaged in a rivalry with The Ravishing Russian and the two Superstars faced off again on last night's episode of Raw. Ultimately, Liv emerged victorious in 80 seconds after hitting Lana with a modified Flatliner.

As Morgan celebrated her victory, Ruby Riott's music suddenly played as she made her return to WWE. The former leader of The Riott Squad experienced an extended spell on the injury list as she required surgery on both shoulders. She last competed at a live event on May 15, 2019, in a Fatal 4-Way for the Raw Women's Championship against Becky Lynch, Lacey Evans & Tamina.

Both women looked ecstatic to see one another again and Morgan quickly leaned in to hug her best friend. However, as she did so, Riott threw Liv to the floor and beat down her former ally as she seemingly aligned herself with The Ravishing Russian.

Riott was then interviewed backstage but only scoffed at Sarah Schreiber's questions before skulking off.
