Scarlett Bordeaux Addresses Fan Incident At AAA Event

"It is NEVER okay to touch a performer without their consent."

Fans getting involved in pro wrestling shows has been a topic of discussion over recent times after incidents at ROH and IMPACT Wrestling events garnered a lot of attention.

Unfortunately, another incident occurred over the weekend at AAA's Conquista Total Gira event in Cancun, Mexico.

During a six-woman tag match, Scarlett Bordeaux - who teamed with Lady Shani and Taya Valkyrie against the trio of Chik Tormenta, La Hiedra, and Tessa Blanchard - did a dive to the outside. As she was getting back to her feet, a fan groped her. Luckily, Shani was on hand to pull the IMPACT Wrestling star away from the fan almost immediately.

Scarlett has taken to Twitter today to address the incident, posting the following: "It is NEVER okay to touch a performer without their consent. I didn’t realize what happened until I watched the footage afterwards being so in the moment after a dive with my back turned otherwise I would have reacted much differently. Thnx to @LadyShaniAAA for having my back"
