Tamina Apparently Knocked Out At Raw House Show
During a tag team bout...
Tamina was working a tag team match at a Raw-brand house show at the Civic Center in Augusta, ME on Friday night, teaming with Sarah Logan to take on Naomi and Dana Brooke, when she was apparently knocked out from an errant blow.
During the course of the match, Naomi performed a maneuver of some sort onto Tamina (some sources saying a knee to the head, others a top rope move) that looked to have legitimately floored Tamina. Naomi scored an immediate pinfall to end the match.
Fans at the event reported that Tamina stayed down for several minutes after the match ended, and was tended to by medical personnel, the official, and Logan, while the house lights were dimmed. Ultimately, she was able to walk out relatively under her own power, with the assistance of the training staff.
Tamina has largely been relegated to live events over the past several months, after regular partner Nia Jax went off to have double knee surgery. Her and Logan began teaming at the end of May.
