The Undertaker Reportedly Costing Starrcast II $60,000 For Three Hour Appearance

DISCOUNT!

A little while ago, Dave Meltzer spoke to somebody who was trying to book The Undertaker for an appearance. That person claimed ol' Booger Red is charging a whopping $25,000 per hour for appearances in the United States.

Naturally, when Starrcast II announced that Undertaker would be making an appearance at their event in May, many people were asking just how much Conrad Thompson et al had paid for the Brother of Destruction.

Well, on the most recent episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Meltzer cleared it all up. Undertaker is costing Starrcast II $60,000 for a three-hour appearance.

And for fans who are lucky enough to meet The Phenom, they'll have to fork out $150 for a photo with him.

Dave also claimed that 'Taker doesn't have a wrestling contract with WWE at the moment but is allowed to take appearance bookings elsewhere - as well as Starrcast, 'Taker is coming to the UK with Inside the Ropes at the end of April/start of May.

Dave compares The Deadman's current deal with WWE to the one Ric Flair had back in 2008. The only difference being, of course, 'Taker charging a hell of a lot more per 'out of WWE' appearance than The Nature Boy did.
